Rapid Set® TRU® is an advanced, professional grade, hydraulic cement-based, self-leveling, architectural topping and resurfacer. It can be ground and polished to expose the aggregate and simulate the appearance of polished concrete. Installed at a depth of 10-13mm it can replace tiles or carpet without having to go through the extensive work of removing subfloor as you would have to for a traditional concrete installation. Our Polished concrete overlays are becoming very popular due to the low maintenance luxurious feel they give to a home. Available In Natural and Grey and 3 separate finishes of SL, SP and PC, it can also be pigmented to a darker shade if required.
Our overlays drastically cut installation times due to their rapid setting properties, enabling them to be polished just 24 hours After being installed.
TRU SL
This finish is the Cream version of the 3, not by colour, but by no aggregate being on show once the polishing process has been done.
TRU SP
This is the Salt and Pepper finish, leaving very small quartz aggregate on show once polished.
TRU PC
This is the Polished concrete finish leaving larger sand and aggregate on show once polished.
High traffic Epoxy Floors
We have done many bar floor installations over the years installing high strength industrial overlays to tired concrete and screeded floors, finishing them with an Epoxy hard wearing paint to provide a low cost, low maintenance floor ideal for commercial use and bar flooring. With its high oil, grease and chemical resistance its the perfect option.
Commercial Floor leveling
We have a range of Products that can be installed to level floors ready to receive tiles, vinyl, carpet etc. Pump applied enabling us to pour in excess of 1000m2 per day its a cost effective method for achieving a flat smooth surface ready for floor finishings.
Waterproof Membrane
Very often installed underneath epoxy and urethane floor toppings, waterproof membranes have many benefits. The waterproof nature of these membranes makes them perfect for areas that are likely to get wet; changing rooms, toilet facilities, frozen and refrigerated rooms, for example. Other benefits include sound deadening and robust under-foot cushioning.
Our industrial topping and commercial floor coatings are available in a variety of finishes and most are suitable for paint application too.
